- Verification of Documents (Reserved Category/Additional Seats/Weightages/Department Panel): Up to July 4, 2024
- A meticulous verification process will be conducted to validate your documents. Make sure you have all the necessary paperwork ready.
- Submission of Documents for Removal of Rejection: Up to July 8, 2024
- If there are any discrepancies or missing documents, this is your window to rectify them.
- Aptitude/Departmental Tests: July 4, 2024, to July 8, 2024
- Depending on your chosen course, you may need to appear for an aptitude or departmental test.
- Completion of Form Verification: July 9, 2024
- All forms will undergo a final verification. Any modifications or corrections based on submitted documents will be addressed by this date.
- Uploading of Tentative Merit List: July 10, 2024
- The Computer Centre will publish the tentative merit list, including departments where courses are based on departmental or aptitude tests.
- Inviting Objections, If Any: July 11, 2024
- If you have any objections regarding the merit list, this is your chance to raise them.
- Resolution of Objections and Modifications: Up to July 12, 2024
- All objections will be reviewed and resolved by this date.
- Uploading of Provisional Merit List: July 13, 2024
- After addressing any objections, the Computer Centre will upload the provisional merit list.
- Provisional Admission List Sent to DUI Office: Up to July 16, 2024
- The list will be sent for approval to the Dean of University Instruction (DUI).
- Uploading of Approved Provisional Admission List: Upon Approval
- The approved list will be uploaded by the concerned department as soon as it is approved.
- Start of Teaching: July 18, 2024
- Classes will commence, marking the beginning of your academic journey at Panjab University.
