Punjab Agricultural University Hostels are unavailable for students whose parents reside in Ludhiana. Accommodation, if available, will be done strictly based on merit or outstanding performance in sports for these students. Students who are from outstations and have enrolled in M.Sc./PhD programs can apply for hostel accommodation. International students enrolled in PG programs are also entitled to hostel accommodation.

Punjab Agricultural University hostel rooms are available in single and double occupancy. Students can opt for air conditioning facilities as per their choice. University hostel rooms are well furnished with a bed, a table, a chair, and a bedstead.
Hostels have a sitting room, a canteen, and a dining room. The sitting room is well-equipped with recreation facilities, including television, newspapers, radio, and magazines. Hours in the sitting room are limited. A secretary and a joint secretary are appointed to look after the functioning of the sitting rooms.
Hostel Warden monitors the day-to-day supervision of hostel affairs. The opinion of a warden becomes pivotal in the issuing of character certificates. A prefect is appointed from each hostel wing to assist the warden. Students are allowed to keep their family members as guests in the hostel with the prior permission of the hostel warden. Punjab Agricultural University hostel food is of average taste and good quality.
University hostels are well-equipped with security measures. Prefects take attendance every night to ensure that the students haven’t left the hostel premises.

It’s one of the best university of punjab soo getting a placement is quite normal but particularly they are more interested in sending students abroad.
Yes the college had provided the fair chance of internship to us and we got the stipend too for that internship.
They also have good field or practical knowledge.they try their best to clear the doughts of the students.they are having phd degrees.
In every block water supply is 24?7 there is a hostel library well maintained food is good in all 3 mess security measures are very excellent there are guards all the time.
Sports facilities are very great here consisting of almost every type of ground for sports along with a swimming pool and cycling track.
Dislikes: Subjects are beyond expectations you use to get 8-11 subjects every semester there are no of exams going over this place and one usually get used to it.
Approximately 30-50% of our understudies were put in the wake of moving on from our university.
