The Directorate of Higher Education (DHE), Haryana, has launched the centralized online admission portal to facilitate admissions to various undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) courses in government, aided, and self-financed colleges across the state.

Step-by-Step Guide to Filling the Haryana College Admission Form
Step 1: Online Registration
Visit the official admission portal
Click on the “New Registration” link.
Enter your personal details: Name (as per Class 10th certificate), Email ID, Mobile Number, Gender, and Date of Birth.
Set a strong password and complete the OTP verification.
After successful registration, log in using your credentials.
Step 2: Filling the Application Form
Provide personal information, educational qualifications, and contact details.
Upload scanned copies of the following documents:
Passport-sized photograph
Signature
Class 10th and 12th mark sheets
Migration Certificate (if applicable)
Reserved Category Certificate (if applicable)
Income Certificate (if applicable)
Parivar Pehchaan Patra (PPP)
Gap Year Certificate (if applicable)
Select your preferred colleges and courses. You can choose up to five colleges and five courses per college.
Step 3: Application Verification
Your application will be forwarded to the selected colleges based on your preferences.
Colleges will verify the application and documents.
If any discrepancies are found, you will be notified via SMS/Email to rectify them.
Step 4: Merit List and Seat Allocation
Merit lists will be generated based on your marks and any applicable weightage.
Seats will be allocated accordingly, considering reservation policies.
Step 5: Fee Payment
If you are allotted a seat, proceed to pay the admission fee online.
After successful payment, a receipt will be generated.
Download the receipt for your records.
Step 6: Admission Confirmation
Once the fee is paid, your admission is confirmed.
You can download the admission confirmation letter from the portal.
