Instructions for 1st Online Centralized Admission Counselling
- Display of Provisional List: The provisional list of verified applicants who have been allotted colleges will be displayed on the DHE website (www.dhe.chd.gov.in) on 10th July 2024 (Wednesday) by 2:00 pm.
- Download Provisional Admission Form: Applicants can download the Provisional Admission Form after the college allotments are displayed on 10th July 2024.
- Verification of Forms: After seat allotment, the form will be verified by the allotted college. If any discrepancies are found during verification, the applicant must resolve them.
- Seat Assignment and Fee Payment:
- Once the form is verified, the seat will be assigned as per the schedule. Applicants will receive an SMS/Email regarding fee deposit (for Government Colleges) on the registered mobile number on the day of admission.
- Applicants can also check their admission status through their DHE login or on the DHE website.
- For Government Colleges, fees can be paid online at the DHE website.

- Fee Payment Deadline: Fees must be deposited within 24 hours of seat allocation. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation of the seat.
- Second Admission Schedule for Non-Admitted Applicants: Applicants who were allotted a college but did not take admission or pay the fee will have a chance for admission in the 2nd Online Centralized Admission Schedule if they indicate their willingness online by 14th July 2024 (Sunday) by 5:00 pm through their DHE login.
- Willingness for Change of College: Applicants admitted in the 1st Counselling can indicate their willingness for the 2nd Counselling by 14th July 2024 (Sunday) by 5:00 pm if they wish to change their college. Only upward mobility of preference will be allowed. If a new college is allotted, the previous college seat will be automatically cancelled.
- Automatic Consideration for Unallotted Applicants: Applicants not allotted a college in the 1st Counselling will automatically be considered for the 2nd Counselling. No additional action is needed.

- Notification of Vacant Seats: Details of course-wise and college-wise vacant seats will be posted on the DHE website on 15th July 2024 (Monday) by 5:00 pm.
- Display of Allotment Lists: The provisional list of verified applicants and those with discrepancies (if any) will be displayed on the DHE website by 16th July 2024 (Tuesday) by 5:00 pm for courses with remaining vacant seats.
- Clearing Discrepancies: Applicants must resolve any discrepancies by 17th July 2024 (Thursday) by 12:00 pm at the college level through their DHE login.
