No, you will not be considered for that category. No candidate will be considered for
admission against a category for which he/she has not applied during the time of
registration. If no mention is made about the category in his/her application, the candidate
will be considered only for the General Category, subject to fulfilment of essential
eligibility conditions. Every candidate should apply for the reserved
category/subcategory(ies), to which he/she belongs to, in the Registration form.

The candidates can modify the choices and their preference order before the start of each
round as per schedule given. Candidates are permitted, if they so desire, to change or reorder their choices, delete earlier choices and add new choices any number of times until
they lock their final choices before the stipulated locking deadline. Once the choices
are locked, candidates will not be able to change their choices. Their Last Saved Choices
will automatically be locked after this deadline.
However, once you have accepted a seat and marked your Willingness for Upgradation
(Freeze-No Upgradation), then the choices cannot be altered any further

Yes. In case you have been allotted a seat, you have to pay seat acceptance fees online
and submit Willingness for Upgradation as ‘Y’. Candidates can modify, reorder or alter
their choices after 1st round of counselling (while retaining previously allotted seat as last
choice in revised list of choices). Otherwise, choices submitted for 1st round will be
considered for 2nd round of seat allotment. As per new choices, a new seat may be allotted
or previous seat shall be retained.

of the first three rounds and the Special Round of Counselling, MUST PAY THE SEAT

The successful candidate, who has been allotted a seat, must pay the seat acceptance fee
failing which the allotted seat shall automatically be cancelled and the candidate
