Established in 2001, Chandigarh Group of Colleges (CGC), Landran is one of the premier institutes that offers over 40 courses under seven domains, namely Engineering, Biotechnology, Computer Application, Management, Education, Pharmacy and Hotel Management. All the courses offered by CGC Landran are provided by the eight different colleges under CGC and all these colleges are affiliated with IK Gujral Punjab Technical University (IKGPTU), NCHMCT, and Punjabi University (Patiala).
One of the CGC Landran colleges (Chandigarh Engineering College) is ranked 101-150 by NIRF 2023 in the top Engineering Colleges category. Initially, Engineering was the flagship course at CGC, Landran but with time, more & more courses got added to the curriculum, including MTech, BTech, MBA, and MCA.
