Students must score at least 75% in PCM or PCB in the class 12 board exam to be eligible for BITSAT registration. The exam will be conducted for 390 marks and students must complete 130 questions within 180 minutes. Check BITSAT Exam Pattern

The syllabus is expected to be the same as the previous year. BITSAT Syllabus includes 5 sections- Physics, Chemistry, English Proficiency, Logical Reasoning, and Mathematics/ Biology. Most importantly, the syllabus is based on class 11th and 12th NCERT and students must cover all the vital topics in detail to score above 320 in BITSAT exam 2024. To get an idea about the exam, students can check BITSAT previous previous years’ question paper and begin their preparation accordingly.

BITS Pilani will release BITSAT 2024 Cut off marks for each course. You must have scored more than the cut off marks to be eligible for admission to B.E/ B.Pharm courses in BITS Pilani, BITS Goa, and BITS Hyderabad. What is BITSAT Exam?

The Birla Institute of Technology and Science Pilani conducts BITSAT exam for shortlisting candidates for admission into its Integrated first-degree programs in science, engineering, and pharmacy. Admission is provided to the candidates in one of the BITS campuses located in Pilani, Hyderabad, and Goa. BITSAT is a university-level entrance test granting admission in B. BITSAT Login

BITSAT Login is available on the official website- bitsadmission.com. BITSAT 2024 Login details are BITSAT application number, password, and email id.

To generate BITSAT login details, you need to register as a new candidate by filling in the basic registration details like name, gender, nationality, date of birth, email id, mobile number, and a password of 8 alphanumeric characters. After you click on ‘Proceed’, your BITSAT login 2024 credentials will be generated and shared with you.

You need BITSAT login credentials to fill the application form, make form corrections, download admit card, answer key, and result.

Is BITSAT easier than JEE?

Both BITSAT and JEE have similar syllabi for Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, with BITSAT having a few additional sections. In terms of difficulty, BITSAT is considered to be on par with JEE Main, requiring good speed and accuracy. However, JEE Advanced is known to be tougher than BITSAT, demanding a deeper understanding of concepts.

When it comes to competitiveness, BITSAT can be seen as more competitive than JEE Main due to the higher number of questions to be solved within the given time. BITSAT has 130 questions in 3 hours, while JEE Main has 75 questions in the same duration.

Comparing admission difficulty, it is generally easier to get into BITS than IITs, considering the level of competition and the limited number of seats available at the top-tier IITs.

Preparation for both exams involves similar study of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. However, BITSAT aspirants need to dedicate additional attention to English and Logical Reasoning sections.

In summary, while both exams have similarities in terms of syllabus, BITSAT is often considered to be equally challenging as JEE Main, but less difficult than JEE Advanced. The competitiveness and admission difficulty may vary, with BITSAT being more competitive but relatively easier to secure admission compared to IITs.
