Campus Registration Process

Enter all the details in the registration form along with the password of your choice.
After submission, you will get an OTP for verification on your Mobile & Email. Please check your Email Inbox/ Junk Spam folder as well for OTP.
Once OTP is verified, please login to the portal using the login credentials displayed on screen and sent to your email.
Submit your Admission Enquiry as per course of your choice.
Admission coordinator will contact you and guide you for further Admission process.

Note:- The registration Fee shall be charged at the time of Counselling.

Centralized Online counseling

As per Admission Notification of Department of Technical Education & Industrial Training, Punjab dated 26-05-2023, the IKGPTU has been authorized as an authority competent to conduct Centralized Online Counselling for making admission to AICTE/PCI/COA courses on the basis of inter-se-merit of qualifying examination, for the Affiliated Colleges/Campuses of the Universities mentioned below:-

I. K. GUJRAL PUNJAB TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY, JALANDHAR
MAHARAJA RANJIT SINGH PUNJAB TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY, BATHINDA : Website Link
PUNJAB AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY, LUDHIANA (For B.Tech. Agri. Engg. 1st year course only) : Website Link (Due to Administrative reasons Punjab Agricultural University is not available in choice filling form)
