- If you ever filled examination form on this website in any previous semester then come here as Old Student rather than New Student.
- Candidate must contact their Department for Updating Fee related options (like Full Fee Exemption or PMS Option) only after ascertaining their Eligibility for the same. PMS and Full Fee Exemption Options are applicable only for SC Category Students from Punjab State.
- Candidate must ensure his/her Eligibility for Golden Chance before filling the form. Only He/She will be responsible for filling wrong form or fee, University will not be responsible if any “Not Eligible” candidate fill the form and pay the fee.
