Step-1:- Registration process
- Open www.puadmissions.ac.in
- New user will click on “New User Registration” and already registered users can click on “Student Dashboard Login”.
- Select the form category from the dropdown list, the course in which you want to take admission.
- Enter your details (Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe or General and all others) Name, Father’s Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Email ID, Mobile no. Fill etc
- Click on Register Now to submit the application form and you will be taken to the registration print page.
- Confirmation of registration will be displayed with the following information:
- Login ID and password for “Student Dashboard Login”.
- Link to “Student Dashboard Log In”
- “Application Processing Fee Payment Button: By clicking this button you can pay the application processing fee using any mode like NetBanking, UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card etc.”
- Print the registration receipt.
Step-2:- Fill the online application (admission form).
- Open www.puadmissions.ac.in and go to Student Dashboard Login to fill online application (admission form)
- User ID on the portal And login to student dashboard with password. Follow the given instructions to complete the application (admission form) process.
- Instruction 1: Online Registration (completed as above).
- Instruction 2: Fee Status (Fees Paid or Pending).
- If the fee payment is completed, go to instruction 3.
- If payment of fee is due:
- If the fee has been deducted from the candidate’s account and the payment is not confirmed then wait for 24 hours and if your payment is not confirmed even after 24 hours then contact the Central Admission Cell.contact us
- If the payment status is unsuccessful and the amount is not deducted from the candidate’s account then the candidate should pay the processing fee using the fee link again and proceed to instruction 3.
- Instruction 3: Fill/Modify Application (Admission Form): In any case the fee payment status is successful/pending or failed, the candidate can proceed to Instruction 3 to fill the online application (admission form). (Apply/Modify). Candidate can modify the already filled application form (admission form) before the last date of interview/counseling (as per schedule).
Important Instructions:
- Size of photograph and signature should be less than 20 kb.
- A candidate who has appeared in the qualifying examination and his result is not yet available can still fill the online application form (admission form) but it is in the interest of the applicant to update his result first before the last date of form filling. Otherwise he will have to give his result at the time of interview at the department.
Instruction-4: Date of counselling/interview or filling of selection (if B.Tech. Form No. 18).
- Counseling/Interview as per schedule mentioned in information book.
- If the candidate B.Tech. (Form No. 18) then they will prefer their course using the Preference Filling Portal link. After filling the preference/course, candidates will have to lock the filled preference/course. (Note: Candidate will not be allowed to change his/her preference/course after locking the filled preference/course. If the candidate wants to change his/her preference/course he/she has to contact the Central Admission Cell.
Instruction 5:- Printing of Application Form (Admission Form).
Registered candidates, whose payment has been confirmed and who have successfully completed Instruction 2, Instruction 3 and Instruction 4 (if candidates are applying for B.Tech.), print their application (admission form) can do
ONLINE APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Step-1:- REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

- New user will click on “New User Registration” and already registered user can click on “Student Dashboard Login”.
- Select the Form Category from dropdown list in which you seek admission.
- Fill your particulars as Select Category (SC/ST or General and all others), Name, Father’s Name, Gender, Date of Birth, e-mail ID, Mobile No.
- Click on Register Now to Apply and you will redirect to registration print page.
- Registration confirmation page will be displayed with following information:
- Login ID and Password for “Student Dashboard Login”.
- Link to “Student Dashboard Login”.
- “Pay Application Processing Fee” button: Click on this button to pay application processing fee using any mode such as NetBANking, UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card.
- Print registration receipt.
Step-2:- Fill Online Application Form
- Open www.puadmissions.ac.in and go to Student Dashboard Login for online application
- Enter the User-Id and Password on the portal to login on the student dashboard. Follow the steps to complete the form filling process.
- Step 1: Online registration. (Already complete as above)
- Step 2: Fees (With status either complete or pending).
- In case of Fee Payment is Complete, Move to Step 3.
- In case of Fee Payment is Pending:
- If the fees have been debited from candidate’s account and payment status is pending please wait for 24 hours and if after 24 hours your payment is still pending then contact at centralized admissionContact us
- If the fee payment status is failed and amount is not deducted from candidate’s account. The candidate should retry to pay processing fee using the link provided and can proceed to Step 3.
- Step 3: Apply/Edit Application form: In any case the fee payment status is successful/pending or failed the candidate can proceed to step 3 for filling the online Application form (apply/edit). The candidate can edit the already filled form any number of times before the last date (as per schedule) before the interview/counseling.
Important Instruction:
- Size of Photograph and Signature should be less than 20 KB each.
- A candidate who has appeared in the qualifying examination and his/her result is still awaited, may also apply and can submit his/her admission form online as the case may be. He/She has to update his/her online form whenever he/she gets the result till the date given by Centralized Admission Cell (it is in the interest of the applicant), otherwise, he/she will be required to submit his/her result at the time of interview.
Step-4:- Counselling/Interview Date or Choice Filling (In case of Btech Form No. 18)
- Counselling/Interview as per schedule mentioned in Prospectus/Handbook of Information.
- In case of B.Tech. (Form No. 18). The candidates are required to fill the preferences for their courses using the preference filling portal link. After filling the option, the candidate must lock the choices. (Note: after locking of choices the candidate will not be allowed to change the course choices. In case candidate wants to change the choice he/she has to contact Centralized Admission Cell).
Step-5:- To Print the Application Form
- Registered candidates whose payment has been confirmed and who have successfully completed Step 2, Step 3 and Step 4 (In case candidate is applying for Btech), can print their application forms.
